Right Now: A New Media Competition

by Annie Le Cavalier last modified 2008-05-16 15:22

In partnership with the Victorian Equal Opportunities and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC) Vibewire is currently running, 'Right Now', a competition asking young Australians what human rights mean to them.

Right Now gives young people the opportunity to enter their thoughts through personal essay, design, podcast and film. All entries will be published on vibewire.net and winning entries will be chosen by vibewire.net users.

The winners of each category will have their work shown by our media partners. The winning essay will be published in Voiceworks magazine, the winning podcast will be featured on Syn.org, the winning short film will be screened at Reelife and the winning design will be printed on 8000 Avant Cards to raise awareness for the Victorian Charter of Human Rights.
